Key Responsibilities:
- Support NPI engineers during product launches and pilot builds.
- Set up and validate manufacturing processes for new products.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues.
- Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, and test equipment are in place and functioning.
- Conduct process trials and collect data to support process validation and capability studies.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Collaborate as an interface between customers globally/factory in Taiwan
- Maintain accurate build documentation and support change control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or NPI support role.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or electronic assembly processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems is a plus.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 43 – 53 per week
