Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid and updated PRC license
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must be available for a hybrid setup: to work onsite if needed and work from home
- Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support, ACLS, and First Aid (an advantage but not required)
- With at least 1-year Supervisory experience preferably gained from the same industry
Job Objectives: The Cluster Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of clinic management account, from personnel deployment, operations and compliance of medical related programs and activities, attendance monitoring and that contract agreed schedules are followed. The function also includes supervision of regular and reliever nurses and doctors performance and ensures all sites have relievers in the absence of clinic personnel.
Job Description:
- Oversees the concerns and requirements of assigned corporate accounts thereby ensuring seamless clinic operations and services of the clinic staff
- Direct supervision of all clinic personnel manning the assigned corporate account site clinics
- Manages daily clinic operations
- Acts as point person during nurses and doctor's leave of absence and ensures that all retainer clinics shall have corresponding relievers by overseeing the sourcing activities of Recruitment team and providing proper endorsement to client POCs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the clinic requirements and regulations set by DOLE and Client for clinic governance and audit
- Conduct orientation, meeting Service Level Agreement expectations and ensure compliance and completion of requirements for on-board process of new accounts
- Responds and resolves issues, complaints concerns of accounts in relation to clinic processes, manpower and/or service provided within specified and agreed time frame
- Represents MyHealth during meeting with corporate accounts
- Consolidates and validates DTR of nurses following the payroll cut-off and submits to payroll processor
- Ensures timely submission of required reports
- Conducts regular performance evaluation reviews of all direct reports.
- Conduct regular clinic visit or spot visits to do inventory and audit of clinic equipment and supplies based on DOLE compliance
- Identifies training and development needs of direct reports and recommends training to maintain/enhance performance
- Coaches, disciplines and motivates direct reports to create and maintain a healthy work environment
- Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and program
- Use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others
- Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace
- Observe prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
- Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
- Accomplishes departmental goals by performing duties that may be assigned from time to time
