- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Nursing; must have a valid PRC license
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong background in patient care with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards excellence
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications is preferred.
- Computer Proficient
