Advising staff on diet and healthy eating issues.
· Developing meal plans to suit the client’s budget and tastes.
· Educating people on food safety, cooking techniques, menu planning, and nutrition science.
· Developing recipes and menus, collaborates with Commissary (Kitchen/Baking)
· Assessing the nutritional and health needs of clients
· Evaluating whether meal plans have a positive impact on clients’ health.
· Creating educational materials on healthy eating
· Reading and contributing to the latest research on nutrition
· Speaking to groups about the importance of nutrition in preventing certain diseases.
· Documenting patient progress
· Advising clients on dietary plans specific to their medical conditions or needs.
· Conducting research on food science, such as preservatives or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
· Conducting food safety audits of (Kitchen/Baking/Outlets) establishments to ensure that they comply with regulatory requirements.
· Conducting taste tests of new products to help companies decide whether to market them.
· Assessing the nutritional value of products based on federal food labeling standards
· Creating a healthy eating plan that clients can easily follow
· Support research and development in product formulation and reformulations by building scientific evidences and research inputs to confirm healthier claims.
Advising on food safety, toxicology and allergens, consumer
Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to identify and suggest improvements within the department and the entire organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and/or the like.
Bachelors’ degree in Food Technology or any related courses
At least HACCP/Food Safety trainer.
Work experience of at least 1-3 years in similar field is needed.
Experience in inspecting Food premises, write reports, and fill the check-lists.
Specialized qualification in food safety and hygiene will be an advantage.
Should possess a track record of food safety and hygiene within the food industry.
