The Occupational Therapist provides specialized therapy services to support children with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and motor skill difficulties. The role focuses on helping students gain independence in daily life activities, improve participation in learning tasks, and achieve individualized goals through evidence-based, play-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess children’s developmental, motor, and sensory needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group sessions
- Collaborate with SPED teachers, therapists, and parents
- Monitor and document progress regularly
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and home strategies
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC-registered)
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
- Knowledge of sensory integration and developmental milestones
- Patient, creative, and passionate about child development

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
