- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and records
- Process billing, collections, and monitoring of payments
- Manage procurement, canvassing, and purchasing of materials
- Assist in project documentation, contracts, and permits
- Maintain organized filing systems for both financial and administrative documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Perform general office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and office administration (preferably in the construction industry)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
