JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attends to Clients to receive product inquiries, issue Quotations, and receive Purchase Orders.
- Coordinates with Finished Goods Warehouse (FGW) or external suppliers to monitor unserved Client orders and meet committed lead-times.
- When necessary, coordinates with Engineering / Technology-QA (TQA) to provide Clients with needed product drawings or spec sheets.
- Encodes and updates database to prepare Sales Reports or necessary data for Sales meetings.
- Assists in Product Information Document inventory monitoring and distribution.
- Assists in collection Client feedback through Customer Survey Sheet.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICIATIONS:
- College Graduate of any 4 years course
- At least 1 year sales work experience
- Good in oral and written communication, good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, familiar with online selling platforms, sales industry trends and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
