OFFICE CLERK (ENCODER) / WAREHOUSEMAN
- Encoding company expenses
- Answering the phone
- Assist miscellaneous admin works when needed
- Create documents, maintaining databases and admin forms
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Managing digital document filing
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Collecting tools from the workers and safely storing materials at the office warehouse
- Receiving and documenting materials, tools and equipment for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all materials, tools and equipment entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the materials, tools and equipment is safely and securely packed for storage.
- Managing all materials, tools and equipment with appropriate care.
- Maintains log book / timesheet , materials receiving tracer list, tools & equipment pull-out, etc.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php590.00 - Php640.00 per day
