Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and facilitate smooth office interactions.
- Prepares needed supplies for visitors
Meeting Room Management:
- Handle scheduling and reservations for meeting rooms.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and equipped for meetings.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Social Media Assistance:
- Help manage the company’s social media pages, including drafting posts and captions.
- Use Canva or other graphic design software to create visual content for social media.
- Assist in engagement strategies and content scheduling.
Administrative:
- Prepare reports, official documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Assists Branding needs of the company
- Task that will be given to her from time to time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
