Job Description
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong technical knowledge in construction materials and methodologies
- Proficiency in data gathering and analysis
- Expertise in report collation using MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Familiarity with in-house procurement and BOQ systems is an advantage
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Procurement System Management
- - Gather Purchase Requests(PRs) from project site =s and accurately translatethem into the in-house procurement system.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Management
- Input and validate BOQ data in the in-house system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Site Reporting
- Collect and consolidate weekly reports form various construction sites-
- Billing Generation
- Prepare and generate progress billings for ongoing projects
- Documentation
- Organize and maintain and efficient filing system for project documentation
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Proven track record in office-based engineering tasks, particularly in documentation and reporting
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced construction environment
Additional Information:
- The role requires strong coordination with site teams, procurement staff and project managers
- Effective communication and organizational skills are essential
