Best Tools is in search of an Officer-in-Charge for our Consolacion branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure operations run efficiently and without interruption.
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Work towards meeting and surpassing set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or related course.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge in inventory control and customer relations.
