Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of interdepartment communication, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Creation and management of escalation, feedback, process improvements, policies, documentation systems, schedules, and supply chain.
- Finding and resolving risks, issues, and overall improvement opportunities.
- Maintains safety, security, orderliness, and cleanliness at the workplace.
- Regular performance feedback and reporting.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related technical course.
- With experience in office administration or any applied engineering/technical work.
- Proficient in spreadsheet functions and reporting.
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Knowledgeable in systems thinking and process improvement.
