Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of client policies. Ensure all documents are filed and updated accurately.
- Input policy information into internal systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy to minimize errors.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, status, or amendments. Provide support via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
- Documentation Management: Process incoming policy applications, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure that all documents are compliant with regulatory and company standards.
- Assist in handling policyholder claims, including collecting relevant information, submitting documents, and tracking progress.
- Ensure policies and procedures align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Reporting: Generate reports related to policy statuses, outstanding claims, and other administrative tasks for management review.
- Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the policy process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring the confidentiality of client data.
- Monitor upcoming policy renewals and process cancellations when required.

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
