What you'll be doing
- Compiling Client Documents for Application (CARF)
- Creating Quotation for Clients
- Collecting & Compiling of Client Documents for the Project (Contracts, ID’s, Land Title, PDCs)
- Handling of Client Concerns & Troubleshooting
- Introducing & Explaining to Clients about Solar Power & the products & services that we offer
- Administrative Tasks (Office Utilities Billing)
- Purchase & Inventory Tracking of Office Supplies
- Maintaining Office/Store Cleanliness & Organization
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role, preferably within the energy or construction industry
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- Willing to undergo training in Ian Smart Energy Corp. at Imus Cavite Branch
- 1-2 months training with meal allowance
- Accommodation provided by the company
- Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Willing to start on September 15, 2025

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
