Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
- Encode data, prepare reports, and assist in compiling and analyzing information.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases as needed.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee records and attendance tracking.
- Support accounting with basic clerical duties like filing invoices and processing documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical work preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
