- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English/Tagalog
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent knowledge of English with communication and interpersonal skills, Active Listening Skill, Have Resilience and Grit, Self-Motivated and Competitive, Should know how to Establish Trust with the Customer, Social Media Skills and Social Selling, Research Skills
