Job Description
THIS ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Analyst to support our team. This role involves maintaining compliance documentation, tracking regulatory changes, and assisting with both routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain the compliance knowledge repository, including regulatory updates
- Understand and track applicable Acts, Regulations, Notices, Circulars, etc.
- Monitor work items and monthly calls
- Draft compliance checklists, reports, and meeting minutes
- Maintain compliance registers
- Draft and manage onboarding packs and compliance documents
- Support general and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory, or administrative support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
