Offshore Sales Manager (Dumaguete City)
Schedule: Day Shift
Location: On-site in Dumaguete City
Overview: As the Offshore Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation and pipeline management to sales reporting. You will work directly with the CEO to drive growth by building and leading a small offshore sales team, optimizing our CRM, and executing strategies to convert high-value clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales pipeline using ActiveCampaign, proactively identifying and nurturing leads through various channels.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a sales support team, setting clear performance KPIs.
- Client Engagement: Prepare customized proposals and collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Reporting: Create detailed sales reports and use CRM analytics to forecast performance and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in premium services or corporate events.
- Proven track record in pipeline management and coordinating a sales team.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus).
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and business networking.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
