Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Job Schedule: Night Shift - 12:00am to 9:00am
Job Location: Hybrid - McKinley West, Taguig
The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Specialist is to assist with the onboarding of contract employees from after the offer is signed all the way through to the start date.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support new employees through the onboarding processes including help with electronically signing new hire paperwork, completing the I9, and questions regarding hire paperwork and details.
- Be responsible for processing all background checks and drug screens and ensuring candidates complete needed steps.
- Communicate timing and expectations clearly with candidates.
- Support the Recruiting team with hiring/onboarding issues.
- Support staff members with administrative tasks.
- Process and onboard payrolls for house accounts.
- Assist with sourcing potential candidates.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in experience in Offshore Onboarding (US)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.
- Must be amenable to work on Night Shift in a Hybrid setup.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
