- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone related to streaming services.
- Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and billing issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work Time:
- Work on weekdays only.

What You Need:
- Be friendly and good at talking.
- Know how to use a phone or computer
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- With diploma (HS or College or Vocational)
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
