- Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee and Lazada platforms
- Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to improve sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high ratings
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotions (e.g., flash sales, vouchers)
- Stay updated on Shopee and Lazada policies, tools, and marketing opportunities
