What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and order details
- Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide clear and correct information
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least a high school graduate (old or new curriculum); college undergraduates are welcome
- Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work on-site and attend in-person interviews
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
