Key Responsibilities:
- Check and verify the quantity, description, and condition of items for outbound shipments.
- Compare actual items against delivery receipts, pick lists, invoices, or bills of lading.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation of goods.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent mishandling or misplacement.
- Record and document inspection results in logs or systems as required.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
Qualifications:
- At least collegiate level or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant experience
