Description


Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Operational Support Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact in maintaining patient record information. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of patient information while providing exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and Route Inbound Calls: Handle approximately 25–30 inbound calls per day, promptly identifying caller needs and providing appropriate solutions—either by addressing their inquiries directly or routing them to the relevant department.
  • Maintain Patient Record Information: Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to nursing home staff to gather any missing patient information ahead of scheduled visits, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Assist with PointClickCare (PCC) Notes: Upload and support facilities with PCC documentation, ensuring all requests are completed in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Update Accounts in Salesforce: Accurately log all interactions and activities under the client’s account in Salesforce. Update nursing home records as needed, such as changes in contact persons or facility details.
  • Support General Operations: Contribute to administrative and customer service functions as assigned, including outbound call campaigns, data entry clean-up, and other operational tasks.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional service to our partner facilities. Maintain consistent communication via Microsoft Teams and provide coverage for daily tasks when colleagues are out of office


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Minimum 6 months BPO healthcare experience is preferred
  • Background in insurance verification, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations
  • Passionate about helping elderly diabetic patients access needed care
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and initiative
  • Detail-oriented, team player, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NextGen, RingCentral, and/or Nextiva is preferred
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Capable of multitasking and handling high outreach volumes via calls, emails, and faxes
