- Assist in scheduling and field technicians and Network Support for installation and
- Monitor job order status and update records in the system accordingly.
- Coordinate with the ourchasing team to ensure availability and timely release of equipment (modems, routers, cables, etc.).
- Assist in documenting and tracking service issues, installations, and customer complaints.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
- Check and consolidate network support accomplishment reports and time logs.
- Assist in processing permits or clearances related to installations, when needed.
- Support inventory checking, logistics tracking, and asset documentation.
- Answer operational inquiries from internal departments and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all service orders and support forms.
- Qualifications:
- At least a college graduate; preferably with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional field visits (if required).
- May include weekend work or shifting schedule depending on operational needs.
- Experience in administrative or operations support (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of internet service components is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
