Operations Assistant

Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT

Rate: $5.50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support a U.S.-based company specializing in roofing.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

• Proven experience providing administrative and sourcing support in a service-based industry
• Experience in U.S.-based candidate sourcing, especially for sales and supervisory roles
• Excellent client service skills via email, phone, and chat
• Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, Indeed, Microsoft Outlook, and related tools
• Comfortable working 40 hours/week in EST
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Post and manage job listings on platforms like Indeed
• Conduct initial applicant screening and candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication
• Answer business calls after hours, qualify leads, and schedule appointments
• Maintain to-do lists and follow up on action items from meetings
• Manage CRM tools and track KPIs for sales and marketing
• Review sales/lead calls and generate reports
• Assist in implementing growth and efficiency strategies
• Support executive-level decision-making and initiatives

Technical Requirements:

• Main and Back up computer
• Minimum i5 processor
• Main and backup internet
• Minimum 25 Mbps
• Noise-canceling headset
• Webcam
