Qualifications:
- Graduate of business or other related courses
- Preferably with work-related experience in the mall or hotel industry
- Fresh graduates with strong work ethic are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support and attend to customer/tenant concerns
- Ensure that all billings from the mall are properly checked and verified before processing
- Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and process forms/documents
- Screen calls and inquiries from clients
- Perform other administrative and operational functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
