Living Essentials is hiring an Operations Assistant to help with order processing for our Drop Ship and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping channels.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Uploading order details into various drop shipping or 3PL (third-party logistics) websites to ship products to customers
- Entering shipment data into our internal system and an external spreadsheet
- Communicating with external business partners to arrange shipments or follow up on issues
- Responding to customer emails about shipment updates or order cancellations
- Making sure all drop ship purchase documents are filled out correctly and shared with the accounting team
- Creating reports on past shipments
- Performing any other tasks related to drop ship or LTL operations
Required Skills and Tools:
You must have the following to apply:
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (will be tested during the interview)
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet experience
- Reliable internet connection for daily online meetings
- You must NOT be banned from WeChat. (If you have never used the app, you are likely not banned.)
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
These are helpful, but not required:
- Experience using NetSuite to manage sales orders, purchase orders, item receipt, and item fulfillment
- Experience shipping items using LTL freight services
- Experience with FedEx Tracking numbers and POD's
Job Details:
- This is a full-time position: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Your starting schedule for the first 3 months will begin at 9 PM PHT
- Training will start with a 4-hour shift and gradually increase to 8 hours based on performance
- Pay: $5 per hour, paid biweekly
