What You'll Be Doing
As our Operations & Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the glue that holds our day-to-day together. You'll support a wide range of tasks across operations, customer service, and supplier coordination. No two days will look the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.
Customer Support (40%)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social (Zendesk or similar)
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product questions
- Ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling heard and valued
Operations Support (40%)
- Manage daily order dispatches and coordinate with 3PLs and couriers
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock or fast-moving items
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in Shopify/Cin7 (or similar platforms)
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Supplier & Inventory Coordination (20%)
- Communicate with local and overseas suppliers regarding stock, production timelines, and shipping updates
- Assist in product intake, SKU setup, and quality checks
- Maintain operational trackers and help streamline backend workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A “roll up your sleeves” attitude — you solve problems before they become problems
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with Shopify, Cin7, Gorgias/Zendesk, or similar tools is a big plus
- Comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
