Location : Manila City
Your Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the Operations team in day-to-day logistics operations, including elevating
pickup and delivery services.
Validate the booking information, space status and shipment schedule of the carriers.
Ensure all shipping documents and procedures are compliance with local and international shipping
regulations, customer requirements and company policies.
Working closely with port authorities and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and
handling of shipments.
Review vendor’s performance periodically and introduce new vendors from time to time to
improve service performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Review of shipping documents for accuracy and completeness to prevent any errors that could
delay shipments.
Management of operation, cost effectively and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Address and resolve any operational challenges or disruptions that may arise.
Any ad hoc project as assigned.
What our Client is Looking For:
A Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years’ experience that includes managerial experience in freight operation.
Familiar in Freight Forwarding operations
Solid experience in team management
Previous experience working in a fast paced operation in a Multi-national Company
Must be able to speak native Filipino and fluent English.
Good communication and problem-solving skill
