Key responsibilities:
· Provide inspired leadership for the organization
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission and plan for the short- and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Support worker communication with the management team
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Experience: 5 years and above
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience an Operations Manager
- Strong background in People Management
- Strong background in Leadership
- Willing to work in Pasig
- Willing to work onsite
