We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Operations Manager to lead and streamline core functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Finance (UK & India payroll, UK VAT, and Indian GST), and Project Management. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and operational teams to drive output, ensure smooth execution, and implement intelligent delegation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams across Recruitment, HR, Operations, and Project Management
- Drive cross-functional efficiency and enhance departmental output
- Monitor and optimize team productivity and performance
- Ensure seamless coordination between recruitment, HR, and project teams
- Operate independently with minimal to no supervision. Work independently with minimal guidance or no guidance.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Take complete ownership of projects and operational processes from end-to-end.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose practical, high-impact solutions
- Show initiative by asking for more responsibilities to support company growth.
