Brief Description of the role:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves leading and developing teams, managing omnichannel sales strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and influencers. The Operations Supervisor also monitors key performance indicators, manages multiple sales channels, and addresses operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows. With a strong focus on leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, the Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
Provide effective leadership by guiding, motivating, and developing team members to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Omnichannel Setup and Integration
Lead the setup and optimization of omnichannel strategies across physical and digital platforms to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Sales Strategy Implementation and Quota Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals.
Supplier and Influencer Coordination
Manage relationships and communication with suppliers and influencers to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely execution.
Daily Operations Monitoring and Scheduling
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, proper task delegation, and efficient scheduling across departments.
Office Maintenance and Facility Management
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productive work, including oversight of facility services and resources.
Sales Channel Management
Monitor and optimize performance across various sales channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market trends.
Employee KPI Monitoring
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members to ensure accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Business Unit Issue Resolution
Handle and resolve concerns, conflicts, and operational issues within the business unit promptly and effectively.
