The Operations Supervisor is a critical and essential role in managing a Barista team, both on board and land-based. This position is needed to supervise, motivate, teach, and make the team productive.

- With knowledge in Cafe Operations/ calibrations, recipes, and leading a team.
- HRM or any related course
- Creative and willing to undergo training
- From the Hotel industry or any related experience
- With a pleasing personality
