.Job Summary:
The Operator 1, Test Manufacturing is responsible for executing production processes in the test manufacturing area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety and operational standards. This role supports the testing of semiconductor devices and contributes to achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor test equipment and handlers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform loading and unloading of devices on test machines.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, lot movement, and equipment status.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs.
- Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
- Experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of test equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
