👋What are our wishes:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation or support of Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in HRMS (HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules).
- Experience in custom application design and development, including integration into the Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of entity-relationship diagrams and Technical Reference Manuals.
- Knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite database schema across various application modules.
- Familiarity with basic database concepts and Unix operating system concepts, including basic commands.
- Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite system administration tasks.
- Experience with Oracle's object deployment process using FNDLOAD.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Solid experience in Oracle Workflow and Oracle Reporting Tools (e.g., XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Builder).
- Proficient in data analysis, integration, conversion/migration, and using interface files.
- Intermediate knowledge of data warehousing processes and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects).
- Experience in documentation (e.g., MD050, MD070) and financial data analysis.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., SVN, CVS).
- Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with cloud applications (e.g., Taleo, Oracle Fusion, Oracle RightNow) is an advantage.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
The Oracle Developer will be responsible for providing technical assistance in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems supporting operations. This role involves collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and technical subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions within the Oracle HRMS suite of applications.
- Collaborate with the project team, including business stakeholders, vendors, and technical experts, to deliver project objectives.
- Provide technical services as required by the team and ITD supervisor or user unit.
- Design, analyze, enhance, and maintain computer systems related to HRMS.
- Coordinate user training and support.
- Create templates and test data for system testing.
- Conduct program/system tests and verify results.
- Document systems and programs, including customization and quality acceptance testing.
- Optimize application performance and provide technical guidance and coaching to other developers.
- Integrate Oracle EBS with other cloud applications as needed.
- This position requires a dedicated professional who can effectively contribute to the success of the HR systems and enhance operational efficiency.
