Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers as directed.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone.
- Follow call scripts or guidelines and accurately record responses or updates.
- Maintain call logs and update internal systems with relevant notes.
- Report on call outcomes and flag any key findings or concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with a variety of people.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills; experience with spreadsheets is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
