Job Summary:
We are seeking a Packaging Specialist to fill a critical role in our Design & Development team. This position is essential for managing packaging development, ensuring material quality, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will help us maintain performance and support the increased project volume, especially with the opening of the NAC plant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Material Expertise: Apply knowledge of packaging materials, lab techniques, and testing equipment.
· Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze test results, resolve packaging-related issues, and ensure accurate data recording.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear reporting and effective documentation of test results and analyses.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various internal teams to achieve project goals.
· Software Proficiency: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, D365, MS Office) and design software for packaging development.
· Physical Tasks: Perform tasks requiring the ability to lift materials (up to 16Kg) and work in a lab environment.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field (preferred).
· Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of Packaging Development-related experience (required).
· Skills:
o Knowledge of packaging materials, lab techniques, and testing equipment.
o Ability to analyze test results and resolve issues.
o Strong attention to detail for accurate testing and data recording.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, D365, MS Office) and design software.
o Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
o Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (e.g., lifting).

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
