- · Lead and manage the packaging team in developing primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
· Oversee packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timeliness and budgets are met.
· Evaluate new packaging materials and technologies aligned with market trends and sustainability goals.
· Coordinate with R&D, QA, Procurement, Production and Marketing teams for product packaging alignment.
· Ensure that all packaging complies with Philippine FDA and ASEAN Cosmetic Directive standards.
· Conduct packaging compatibility, stability and line efficiency tests.
· Review technical drawings, specifications, and artworks for approval.
· Source and liaise with local and international suppliers; participate in cost negotiations.
· Resolve packaging-related production or quality issues and implement improvements.
