We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients as a Paid Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. You’ll manage medium to large advertising budgets, apply data-driven decision-making, and continuously refine campaigns to drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is an experienced paid media expert with a proactive, analytical mindset, a strong grasp of platform-specific features, and an eagerness to explore and apply new technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
- Manage medium to large ad budgets, maximizing ROI through strategic allocation
- Conduct detailed performance analysis and reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to improve conversion and engagement metrics
- Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and apply learnings to current campaigns
- Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategy with broader marketing goals
- Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Boxes to check
- Highly preferred Minimum of 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads

- Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-sized advertising budgets and delivering strong ROI
- Deep understanding of paid media best practices, platform-specific features, and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience in designing and implementing effective A/B testing strategies
- A proactive and curious mindset with a demonstrated interest in exploring and implementing new technologies, including AI-powered solutions
- Use AI tools to assist with ad copywriting, creative testing, and performance forecasting
- Leverage automation to set up performance alerts, bid adjustments, and budget pacing across platforms
- Build or maintain AI-assisted dashboards to monitor KPIs and campaign anomalies in real-time
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
