Job Overview
We’re looking for a responsible and motivated Paralegal Service Officer (PSO) to support legal and administrative functions across various projects. This role involves both fieldwork and office-based tasks, offering a good mix of responsibilities for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to grow in the legal support field.
Key Responsibilities
Paralegal Support
- Assist with field-related tasks and legal documentation
- Coordinate with supervisors to address and resolve field issues promptly
- Apply relevant laws, procedures, and internal guidelines to day-to-day decisions
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain organized records and project documents
- Prepare project updates, expense reports, and simple legal drafts (e.g., affidavits, SPA)
- Assist in drafting proposals and supporting materials
General Duties
- Stay updated on regulations and procedures relevant to your role
- Take part in training or self-study to improve legal and professional skills
- Help maintain a respectful, collaborative work environment
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or related field preferred)
- Experience in legal support or administrative roles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to do occasional fieldwork when required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
