What you’d be doing in this role
The People Central Systems & Reporting team sits within the People Central (Shared Services), and is passionate about delivering second-line support for in-scope processes and tools such as Compensation Administration, Reporting and Dashboard solutions, technical support for People tools including Workday, Jira, and CultureAmp. The team ensures that our systems are optimized and streamlined, allowing Canvanauts to focus on doing their best work.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Be the first point of contact for Canvanauts with HR questions — from leave requests to system navigation — and help them get the clarity they need quickly.
- Manage a high volume of diverse queries each day, offering thoughtful support on everything from basic “how-tos” to more complex process guidance.
- Coordinate with other People teams when queries need escalation, ensuring requests are followed through and everyone stays in the loop.
- Support system hygiene by maintaining accurate employee data and completing updates across our key platforms.
- Help streamline and scale our support processes — document common questions, refresh help guides, and suggest improvements to make things simpler and clearer.
- Jump in on special projects or system rollouts when needed, learning new tools and processes as you go.
You're probably a match if:
You are someone who thrives in a busy, varied environment and genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. You're comfortable juggling multiple requests while staying organized and maintaining quality. This role is perfect if you want to be the reliable person others turn to for support, while growing your expertise across people operations and systems.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in HR shared services, HRIS support, or related systems roles — ideally across multiple regions like APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- You’re familiar with tools like Workday, Jira, and Google Sheets or Excel, and comfortable navigating them to get things done.
- You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, whether it’s through writing or in conversation — especially when things are fast-moving or involve multiple stakeholders.
- You have a sharp eye for detail, follow through on tasks, and proactively flag blockers or risks before they escalate.
- You naturally think about the bigger picture — seeing how different pieces connect and spotting ways to make processes simpler, faster, or more scalable.
- You’re comfortable working across teams and tools, and you’re not afraid to ask questions, explore new ways of doing things, and continuously learn.
