Job Function:
Responsible for the development and expansion of VIP client base, while generating maximum sales from these customers, their families, and friends.
Responsibilities:
- Execute customer transactions according to SM’s PS Standards, while going over and above customer expectations
- Physically assist shoppers in-store, take orders/ assist in upselling and cross-selling for customer family members
- Proactively offer in advance product offerings and new trends to physical customers, inbound/outbound callers (Virtual or Voice)
- Keep records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents by using the right methods and tool
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably business course
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a selling role or customer support role.
