KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

With knowledge in the segment of hospital-based and cardio products.
Takes ownership and demonstrates the ability to drive monthly sales results through superior selling skills.
Above average interpersonal, platform, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges.
Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers within physician offices.
Must pose the ability to work effectively in a team environment while positive, open communication and collaboration with co-workers and counterparts is exercised.
Completes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget.
Consistently executes all field sales activities including promotions, delivery of goods and collection of payment with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established company guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

With Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences and Business.
With at least 1 year sales and marketing experience gained from a respected pharmaceutical company handling hospital-based injectable products.
Fresh College graduates with excellent academic record are welcome to apply.
With proven successful sales track record, negotiation skills and ability to execute marketing plans.
Can manage a territory in a fast-paced working environment.
With effective communications skills both oral and written.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Ideally residing from the same area applying for.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
