- Prepare and file PhilHealth benefit claims for employees or patients (in a hospital or clinic setting).
- Monitor and track the status of claims and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documents to prevent delays or denials.
- Ensure all PhilHealth transactions comply with current laws, circulars, and updates from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.
- Act as the organization’s point person for PhilHealth audits, inspections, and verifications.
- Attend trainings, seminars, and briefings provided by PhilHealth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PhilHealth transactions.
- Generate reports related to PhilHealth contributions, remittances, and benefit claims as needed.
- Coordinate with accounting or HR departments for accurate PhilHealth deductions and contributions.
