Role: PH RN – Prior Authorization Admin Support
Position Summary
The Prior Authorization Admin Support RN will assist with the end-to-end coordination and submission of prior authorization requests. This includes gathering patient information, verifying insurance coverage, entering data into payer portals, and ensuring proper documentation is submitted alongside requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather clinical and insurance documentation required for prior auth submissions
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits via payer websites or calls
- Input data into forms and maintain case records in client systems
- Track request status and communicate updates to nursing and provider teams
Requirements
- Active Philippine RN license
- BPO, healthcare operations, or prior auth experience preferred
- Strong data entry, system navigation, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive workflows and client-specific systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
