- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Food Technology or equivalent.
- With working experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Reviews and recommends improvements in work flow/processes, relevant policies, and procedures.
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices and general food safety procedures and handling techniques.
- Has strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
