Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with skills in plumbing and related building systems. The role involves performing installation, repair, and maintenance work while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Assist in plumbing work for building projects
- Install and maintain piping systems using appropriate tools and equipment
- Apply knowledge of steam, water, and natural gas distribution systems
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance programs
- Follow established safety standards and procedures at all times
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide guidance in emergency repairs
Qualifications:
- High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate (or equivalent)
- Experience in plumbing is an advantage
- Skilled in plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance work
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City
