About the role
We're seeking a talented PMC (Production, Maintenance & Costing) Staff to join our dynamic team at LMTP Corporation in Calamba City, Laguna. In this full-time role, you'll play a pivotal part in our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations, ensuring effective production planning and scheduling to drive operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise resource utilisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Analyse production data and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Support the maintenance team in planning and coordinating equipment servicing and repairs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of costing and pricing models
- Assist with inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Participate in project initiatives to drive operational improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
