About the Role:
We are looking for a Pool Attendant to join the team assigned to a high-end hotel in Alabang. This role requires someone observant, responsible, and guest-focused, capable of ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of pool guests. This position is crucial in maintaining the hotel’s five-star standard of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests using the pool area
- Assist guests with towels, seating, and other poolside needs
- Enforce pool safety rules and immediately respond to safety concerns or emergencies
- Perform basic pool maintenance including skimming and checking water quality
- Ensure the pool deck is clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for sanitation and maintenance
- Deliver excellent service and uphold hospitality standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Atleast preferably 20–35
- At least High School graduate; college level or vocational is a plus
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- With Basic Life Support (BLS) training or certification
- Physically fit, alert, and able to remain attentive throughout the shift
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Must be respectful, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Preferably residing near Alabang, Muntinlupa or nearby areas
- Willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed
